The political institutions and the banking framework. Particular reference is paid to the role of the European Central Bank. The sources of the law in the EU legal system. The role and the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice. The development cooperation policy with particular reference to the agreements between EU and third States. The law of the single market and the free movement of goods.
