Course program
Defines the subject field of labor law and labor law. In relation to employment law, having addressed the main issues of trade union rights such as collective bargaining and the right to strike is passed to an analysis of the key points of employment law understood in the strict sense (subordination, types of negotiation, anti-discrimination protection, stability of the workplace). The third and final module deals with the Community law, taking up the issues discussed above and giving a reading community
